Consent to Personal Data Processing
I, the undersigned, in light of the information received, give consent to the following points:
1- Personal Data Processing:
I give consent / I do NOT give consent to the processing of my personal data, including those considered special categories of data.
2- Data Communication:
I give consent / I do NOT give consent to the communication of my personal data to public entities and private companies for the purposes indicated.
3- Privacy Notice:
I, the undersigned, declare that I have received and understood the privacy notice.
Privacy Notice in Accordance with GDPR 2016/679
In accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that:
- Purpose of Processing: The data provided will be used for statistical, promotional purposes, and to fulfill the rental service.
- Processing Method: The data is processed with appropriate security measures.
- Data Provision: Data provision is mandatory only for the data necessary for contract management.
- Data Communication: Data will not be communicated to third parties except for legal obligations.
- Data Controller: Hire Ski 2000 SRL-GMBH.
- Rights of the Data Subject: The data subject may exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR.
Rental Terms and Conditions
1- Renter's Responsibility: The renter assumes full responsibility for the rented equipment, including liability for damages to third parties.
2- Insurance: The equipment is not covered by insurance. Coverage for accidental damage can be activated at a cost of 10% of the rental price. This coverage does not include theft, loss, or intentional damage.
3- In Case of Damage: In the event of breakage or theft, 90% of the purchase value will be charged to the renter. For partial damage, the cost of repairs will be calculated according to the current price list. In case of theft, the renter must report it to the competent authorities.
4- Equipment Replacement: The first replacement with equipment of the same category is free. Further replacements or replacements with higher-value equipment will incur an additional charge (€20 for the same category; €30 for each jump to a higher category).
5- Purchase of Tested Equipment: In case of purchase, the rental cost will be deducted from the purchase price.
6- Return of Equipment: The equipment must be returned by 6:30 PM on the last day of rental. Late returns will incur a charge for an additional day of rental.
7- Early Termination and Refund: Early termination does not entitle refunds, except in cases of illness or injury documented by a medical certificate. No refunds are provided for adverse weather conditions or ski lift closures.
8- Failure to Return: After 2 days from the contract expiration without return, the purchase cost of the equipment will be charged.
9- Binding Adjustment and Regulation: The renter confirms that the binding adjustment has been carried out according to international standards.
10- Contract Validity: The contract is valid only after payment and the deposit of a security document.
