• Purpose of Processing: The data provided will be used for statistical, promotional purposes, and to fulfill the rental service.

Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Renter's Responsibility: The renter assumes full responsibility for the rented equipment, including liability for damages to third parties.
2. Insurance: The equipment is not covered by insurance. Coverage for accidental damage can be activated at a cost of 10% of the rental price. This coverage does not include theft, loss, or intentional damage.
3. In Case of Damage: In the event of breakage or theft, 90% of the purchase value will be charged to the renter. For partial damage, the cost of repairs will be calculated according to the current price list. In case of theft, the renter must report it to the competent authorities.
4. Equipment Replacement: The first replacement with equipment of the same category is free. Further replacements or replacements with higher-value equipment will incur an additional charge (€20 for the same category; €30 for each jump to a higher category).
5. Purchase of Tested Equipment: In case of purchase, the rental cost will be deducted from the purchase price.
6. Return of Equipment: The equipment must be returned by 6:30 PM on the last day of rental. Late returns will incur a charge for an additional day of rental.
7. Early Termination and Refund: Early termination does not entitle refunds, except in cases of illness or injury documented by a medical certificate. No refunds are provided for adverse weather conditions or ski lift closures.
8. Failure to Return: After 2 days from the contract expiration without return, the purchase cost of the equipment will be charged.
9. Binding Adjustment and Regulation: The renter confirms that the binding adjustment has been carried out according to international standards.
10. Contract Validity: The contract is valid only after payment and the deposit of a security document.
